Bobach can build equipment for you:

1. based on the customer’s specifications:
   gas scrubbers, drip catchers, dosing panels, equipment cabinets, protective covers, extractor covers, seawater filters, drinking water makers and hydrophores
2. as our own product:
   casings for seawater intakes (so-called seaweed filters) on super-yachts and large ships, filter elements for large seawater cooling systems
3. specials:
   leak-free louvers for use on super-yachts

Tank construction

Bobach builds customized tanks, drip trays and galvanic baths.
This is another area where plastics can provide excellent protection against chemical or galvanic corrosion.

We build four types of tanks to order:

• galvanic tanks/baths: these are steel tanks that we give a protective internal plastic coating, KOROSEAL™. This protects the tank wall from being attacked by highly aggressive acids such as chromic acid, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid
• all-plastic tanks: these are rectangular or cylindrical tanks, built to the customer’s specification. These are mostly made from PP or HDPE sheet material and are suitable for applications at atmospheric pressure
• fibreglass-reinforced tanks: these are round tanks made from tubular material that are suitable for pressurized applications. They are pressure-tested to a recorded pressure testing protocol
• ship’s tanks: these are entirely custom-made tanks constructed from all-plastic sheeting. Characteristics: application within the bottom frames of a specific vessel. These tanks are also suitable for applications at atmospheric pressure
